Identifying and controlling hazards before tasks start, and reassessing as conditions change.
PPE
Task-appropriate personal protective equipment, worn and maintained on every job.
Working at Heights
Fall protection planning and Working at Heights training for workers exposed to fall hazards.
Toolbox Talks
Regular crew safety talks covering the day's work, hazards and lessons learned.
Equipment Inspection
Tools, ladders, scaffolding and equipment inspected before use.
Subcontractor Requirements
Subcontractors are expected to meet Novara's site safety requirements and owner rules.
Employee Training
Ongoing training so crews know the hazards of the work and how to control them.
