Novara Construction Inc. is a Windsor, Ontario construction company founded on skilled trades and accountability, and expanding into commercial, industrial, institutional and restoration work.
Our Story
A serious Ontario construction company, in the making.
Novara grew out of hands-on trade work in Windsor and Essex County. Our reputation was earned one job at a time: showing up, doing it right, and standing behind it.
Today our team brings over 100 years of combined trade knowledge and experience, including licensed carpenters and multi-trade professionals. That foundation lets us self-perform a broad range of work, from demolition and concrete through carpentry, building envelope and complete reconstruction.
We are now pursuing larger commercial, industrial and institutional projects and building out a dedicated restoration division. We are honest about where we are: an established local contractor, growing deliberately, and ready to earn the trust of bigger clients.

Justin Brouillard
President, Novara Construction Inc.
Justin founded Novara with a simple standard: do the work properly and be accountable for it. He remains hands-on, involved in estimating, client communication and site oversight.
His focus now is growing Novara's commercial and industrial capability, strengthening safety and project management systems, and building lasting relationships with owners, general contractors and facility managers across Ontario.
